I thought as I haven’t done an art post recently I would share with you my favourite artist.
Kathe Kollwitz was a German expressionist artist and her most famous portfolio is ‘death’ with features a collection of works using oil on Masonite.
She shows death snatching lives of the innocent.
People welcoming death.
Sometimes death surprises us.
Sometimes we have nowhere else to turn.
Some people give in easily.
A truly thoughtful artist.
